All Clean has done several difficult and seemingly impossible-to-clean carpet cleaning jobs for me over the years and has always astounded me with their excellent and thorough work. John and his team operate as much like scientists, chemists, and forensic detectives as carpet cleaners. A large white wool rug my wife and I assumed was a lost cause turned into an essentially brand new product. Not only was John’s team fast, they were polite, clean (they wore boot covers and gloves for the duration of the process), and precise in their diagnosis of extremely nuanced types of stains and associated treatments. They were also honest, suggesting why certain quick fixes only temporarily solve stain problems (until absorbed grime leeches up to the surface). One example: from 12 feet away, John was describing why a 1-square-inch discoloration was a wood stain rather than a rust discoloration. His team offered an incredibly accurate narrative about the use of the room, traffic patterns, the specific location of certain pieces of furniture, and home or baby cares products used in certain areas—all from the pattern and nature of stains. They were both tactical and strategic, and now all the stains are gone. Frankly the whole thing was pretty wild. I can’t recommend the firm more highly.

I have only AMAZING things to say about John (owner) and his team at All Clean. From start to finish it was nothing but super responsive and professional service. I called in the morning and spoke to Susan (who was lovely), and by early afternoon I had the owner and his team at my house assessing my emergency carpet situation. I was impressed by the thoroughness of the on-site appointment, and I really felt the care and thoughtful approach by John and Luis. I was presented with several options, I chose one, and the carpet was treated on-site - same-day. Although still wet, I can tell that the stain is going to come out. Seems like a small miracle. All Clean is the ONLY company I would trust with any carpet or area rug mishap/stain/emergency. Super happy with the service, and suggestions going forward. These guys are simply the best! I've used them for at least a decade, since the first time they removed a truly unremovable stain from the middle of a white carpet in my living room. The last step I take at the end of every design project is to call All Clean Carpet. They apply fiber shield to all of the carpets and upholstery which adds a very strong layer of protection. It works wonders. I’ve seen red wine stains, deep ground mud and even pet stains disappear. Everyone at all clean carpet is a joy to work with. They are efficient, quick and extremely knowledgeable.
